This is a cel used for filming for the actual TV broadcast. A10 with animation. It's from #24, "Assault! Triple Dom." The background copy doesn't match the scene. The background copy and the cel are not adhered. Size: Approximately 230 x 265mm. I don't think there are any noticeable scratches, but it's old, so there may be small dents or minor paint peeling.
