I'm not sure if this was unreleased in Japan, so I don't know the Japanese title, but the English title is "Barnaby Bear's Building Set." All the blocks are present. The outer box is not in good condition. There is peeling and discoloration. The blocks themselves are not in very bad condition, so I think they are in good shape for an old item. Please understand that this is a used item, as it is old.
