Depending on the angle and lighting, it can appear truly gold and shimmering, or not shiny at all. Therefore, the first photo (when it's not shiny) and the sixth photo (when it appears shiny) are both close to the real appearance. When it doesn't appear shiny, the pattern looks quite subdued. It's an interesting obi, as it looks different depending on the viewing angle, making you think, "Did you change your obi?" As shown in the fourth photo, the edge of the plain part of the first wrap around the body has frayed, so it has been hand-sewn and repaired for about 15 cm. Also, the part in the fourth photo is the border between the pattern and the plain part of the tassel. There are some areas that are rubbed.
