The year of manufacture is unknown as it is not stated (I think it's been about 10 years since I bought it), but it has already been discontinued and I think it is difficult to obtain it in stores. The faint yellow characters "Yume Momen" written on the lining may look like stains. As far as I could see, there didn't seem to be any significant damage, but I might have overlooked something.
