The volume button is a bit stiff (it's best to press the switch firmly with your fingernail, not the palm of your finger). The battery also lasted for over 13 hours of continuous music playback on a full charge without running out. There is a scratch on the right side of the screen, but it does not interfere with use (red circle in the photo). There are other scratches from use, but it is relatively clean.
