This is not new. I've worn it 2 or 3 times. Some photos may look grayish, but the color is navy blue. It has a cute design that ties at the back with a ribbon. It's 100% linen, so it has a crisp feel. The lace around the waist and the ribbon in the back are navy. The lace around the hem of the skirt is black. There are some whitish marks around the collar and chest, which appear to have been caused by ironing the linen. I don't think they're noticeable when worn. That's why I've priced it lower. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. The size is XL, but I usually wear M to L, and it fits me just right. It might be too small for someone who usually wears XL. Measurements: Length 100cm, Bust 100cm, Armhole 48cm
