I've used it a few times. I wrote my name on the neck tag, so I've covered it up for this listing. I think you could put a name sticker over it. Please check the photos. It's easy to use for toddlers who are just starting to walk because you don't have to put their arms through. After putting it on, you can fasten the snap buttons to loosely secure the hand openings.
