This is a silverstein synthetic reed. It has been used a few times, and there are some marks from the ligature. It has been lightly cleaned and disinfected. I have lost the original paper case, so it will be shipped in a Vandoren plastic case. (The entire set in the second photo will be shipped) The thickness is listed as 3+, but it felt thin to me, a user of Vandoren blue box 3 reeds. Playing it requires a different technique than cane reeds. I think synthetic reeds are recommended in terms of cost for those who have a bass clarinet as a sub-instrument!
