#99 Clear File Items The condition of the items is as described (this is just my personal assessment). Items that were not originally in a bag have been stored in a bag after I received them (the bags are recycled from purchases or online crane game prizes, and may have tape or price tag marks). Please understand that these items have been handled by people, and purchase accordingly. I check them myself, but there may be minor scratches or imperfections that I haven't noticed. Items that are not sealed will be sealed with tape and shipped in an envelope with cardboard or thick paper reinforcement on one side. If one side is sent via standard mail, it will be sent via standard mail or Mercari delivery (with an additional fee).
