This is a white "Kiyomori" amulet from Mitsumine Shrine, located deep in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture. It is known to bring strong blessings for various fortunes, and it is famous that figure skater Mao Asada achieved great success after purchasing this amulet. Previously distributed on the 1st of every month, distribution ended in June 2018, and it is currently unavailable. The amulet contains a sacred tree from Mitsumine Shrine.
