This is a LAMY Scribble 3.15mm lead holder. It's a 4-pronged type, and I used it with ballpoint pen refills. I'm selling it to organize my collection. There's some dirt on the clip, but there are no noticeable scratches on the body. I will also include a 3.15mm lead and a lead sharpener.
