It may be a foreign product based on the size. I bought it for my daughter's ballet lessons, but she didn't use it and it has been stored at home. Size 16... seems to fit heights around 160cm The tutu is sewn on, so measurements are approximate: Girth: approx. 52-53cm x 2 Bust: approx. 32cm x 2 Waist: approx. 29cm x 2 Hips: approx. 34cm x 2 The tutu is made of a stiff material.
