These are faux pearls that I purchased at an accessory shop a few years ago. They are not pure white, but rather a slightly creamy color. I have photographed them on white tissue paper for your reference regarding the color. ^ ^ I have used them a few times, such as for a friend's wedding. They are approximately 48 centimeters from end to end.
