This adorable Sylvanian Families furniture set, including 9 pieces + extras, expands the possibilities for play. This item is no longer sold and is therefore quite rare. I received this from a friend, but I have never used it. The contents are in very good condition. The box is a little damaged as shown in the photos. I removed dust as thoroughly as possible, but the plastic cases inside tend to attract dust due to static electricity, so there may be some dust remaining. I have stored this at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It seems that there are also about 2 other toys included in addition to the set.
