There's another, even fainter stain on the left knee area. The original damage processing is quite elaborate and extensive, so I personally didn't mind the stains much. The left hem is frayed and the folded-over part is slightly visible, so you can wear it as is, but if you're concerned, you'll need to sew it back. This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
