Purchased at Akachan Honpo. Size is 50, made in Japan. *Size 50 could not be selected, so it is listed as 60. It has 3 snap closures and 3 ties. I bought it as a set with a long undergarment, but I didn't use the short undergarment much due to the season. The frequency of use was low, but it is not unused, so please be aware of that.
