It's 13.0cm. The inner tag is faded from being washed several times. I wrote my name on the side, near the arch of the foot, so I've scraped that part a little m(_ _)m There are a few loose threads, but since they'll be outgrown quickly, I'm hoping to pass them on to someone who doesn't mind.
