I purchased this quite a while ago at a shop in either Guam or Hawaii. There are some imperfections, such as fabric wear and scratches on the hardware, and color transfer on the white part of the back pocket (see photos 3-5). Please refer to photos 6-8 for the size. It says size 3, so it's probably around XS to S. It will be folded up small and shipped anonymously.
