This is a handmade tunic/dress made from a remade kimono. I was told it's Tsumugi. The fabric is not too thick or thin, and has a slightly stiff, sturdy feel. It seems to be wrinkle-resistant. The dress is gathered and switched at the bust line. I am not an expert on kimonos. I use vintage fabric. After washing, I iron the garment to finish it. Because it is vintage fabric, there may be stains, holes, and damage, and I try not to use those parts as much as possible. I try to note any defects I find, but it is not perfect.
