Surly Nice Rack, rear. Purchased new last month. Used about three times for cycling and for everyday use like going to the convenience store. I don't see any scratches, but the area where the pannier bag attachments were is a bit white. It was disassembled when I bought it, but assembly can be surprisingly tricky, so I'll send it assembled.
