This is a mount adapter made by KIPON. It's a mount adapter for using PENTAX 645 lenses on PENTAX K-mount cameras. I purchased it new and used it a few times. I am selling it now because I have sold both my PENTAX K-mount camera and 645 lenses. The center ring can be turned to separate the 645 side and the K-mount side (photo 4), but this seems to be by design from the manufacturer. The condition is good, with no noticeable scratches, only minor scuffs. However, since it has been handled by a person, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. There are no accessories such as a box or case. Only the mount adapter is included.
