I purchased this new and used it until my child was 1.5 years old. Although there are some minor scratches on the main body from use, the cover can be removed, so I washed it when it got dirty. I think the seat is in a clean condition. Newborn inlay is included. This child seat is called a travel system, and you can remove only the Cloud Z i-Size from the car and use it as a bouncer indoors, or attach it to a stroller using an adapter. It was very convenient to have a child seat that allows you to take the baby out of the car while they are still asleep. Also, by combining it with the BASE Z, the Cloud Z i-Size rotates, making it easier to get the child in and out. I am selling this because my child has outgrown it.
