The MIYOTA movement is equipped with an in-house module, featuring instantaneous reset of the hour and minute hands, a seconds disc in the center, and a date display on the center right. To make the watch thinner, the hour and minute hand unit is stored at the bottom of the fan-shaped glass (at the 6 o'clock position). The dial is fixed to the movement with screws, aligning the surface heights of the dial and bezel.
