This is authentic Polish pottery purchased locally in Krakow, Poland, which is sometimes called the "Kyoto of Poland." All pieces are handmade, and are characterized by the signature of the artisan who made them on the bottom of the dish. This is a lidded dish with a vibrant floral pattern covering the entire surface. It's great for keeping things warm because it retains heat, and it can also be used to store items you want to keep dry. It's a sturdy and substantial piece, typical of Polish pottery, and very durable! The dimensions are approximately 18.5cm wide, 13cm long, and 4cm high. The lid prevents dust from entering, so it's also very cute as a decorative item or a small container in your room. This is a rare item, and I have never used it since I brought it back to Japan after purchasing it.
