This item has a striking size and would look great as a decorative plate, but it is an old item and has some stains and damage. There are cracks (nyu) on both the front and back. There are also a few small chips (hotsu) on the rim, and some discoloration on the rim due to aging, as well as black spots from firing. I would be happy to pass this on to someone who understands old items and appreciates the "well-aged" look of antiques.
