I'm not certain as there's no certification label, but I believe this is Oshima Tsumugi fabric. It has a "wash and stretch" (洗い張り) tag attached, and has been stored for a long time. It has a smooth, silky feel. There's a little over 10 meters in total, but as shown in photos 4-6, there are patches in places, so I think about 7 meters can be used for the width. How about using it for remaking small items? Width: 35cm (including 4mm selvedges on both sides)
