There are scratches from playing and dullness on the metal parts, but there are almost no dents, and I think it looks good. The frets are about 90% remaining, with no dead spots, and it plays normally. The sound is good for an inexpensive guitar, in my personal opinion. The item is the guitar body only, as is, and shipping is included, packed in a cardboard box.
