Kimono Remake A tunic with a back ribbon was made from a women's long undergarment (nagajuban). The nagajuban features a scale pattern and depictions of nandina berries. The nagajuban is in excellent condition, with no stains, and is a beautiful white color. Nandina berries are considered to be very auspicious, so I made this into a long blouse for this time of year. It can be tied with a ribbon at the back for a cute look, or wrapped in the front for a chic bow tie arrangement. The sleeves are fluffy, and the cuffs are adjustable with elastic and can be removed. It can be worn for a long season.
