No case. Jacket has a sticker. I have confirmed playback, fast forward, etc. on my player. (There were no malfunctions or freezes.) I believe there are no problems with viewing, but please understand that I have not checked every detail. This is a former rental item, so there are some scratches on the disc surface and recording surface. The jacket is slightly faded. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item or are very particular about condition.
