I purchased this when raising my second son. It has a cover like the one in the 7th image, so it's okay if he falls asleep while being held. The box in images 1-4 is also included. *I have used this for a little over two years, so there is some fading and wrinkling. *I have attached images that clearly show the wrinkles and fading, so please check them beforehand and agree to the transaction.
