【This listing will be removed on November 25th.】 This is a set of two vintage Arabia coffee cups. I am listing these for sale to organize my belongings as I have less storage space after moving. Designed by Birger Kaipiainen, who is famous for designing the Paratiisi series announced in 1969. In the same year, the "Adam (aatami)" and "Eve (eeva)" series were also released. This series has the same form as Paratiisi, but the Eeva series is a plain white series without any patterns. There are two types: the original, which was made until around 1971, and the series reissued after the 1980s, and this is the latter. It is a slightly smaller, just-right size than the original, and it is a very cute cup that shines with Kaipiainen's sense in its simplicity. It goes well with black coffee. One cup has slight crazing from the bottom to the side, but it does not penetrate the surface and does not affect use. It's only noticeable if you look closely, and I don't think it detracts from the appearance. In addition, there are only slight scratches on the side when held up to the light, and the inside has almost no signs of use, and I think it is a very beautiful vintage condition with a glossy finish. As I am selling it at a lower price than the purchase price, including shipping and handling fees, I am not considering price negotiations or selling them separately.
