I purchased it used, used it for a few hours once, and have kept it stored ever since. There are cracks on the seats of the guides up to the third guide from the handle side (they were there when I purchased it). Please see the photos. I don't believe they are critical enough to cause damage. The seats from the fourth guide onwards also have faint lines. The guide rings appear to be clean. However, as it is an old item, some deterioration may have occurred. There are no particularly noticeable scratches on the blank, but there are minor scratches and storage scratches. These are also not critical damage. There are no issues with the rod ferrules. Incidentally, it is a spigot ferrule, which is unusual for a trout rod. As this is a rod with some deterioration, please read carefully and purchase only if you are satisfied.
