This is a set of two Silva Mind Control Alpha Sound cassette tapes. smc, the current Silva Method. These sounds are used in the conditioning cycle. As you can see in the photos, the cassettes have not been rewound. These cassettes were purchased when I took the course during the time of the legendary instructor, Mr. Kawabata. He was a charismatic and popular instructor.
