I attached a brooch to the left chest area, so there is a hole that is noticeable upon close inspection, and a 4cm horizontal line in the fabric (see images 10 and 11). It's not noticeable unless you get very close to it. Since it's a spot where you would typically attach a flower or brooch for events like entrance ceremonies, I think it would be hidden if you put something there.
