Although there is some paint peeling due to its age, it appears to be in good condition as far as I can tell. I was able to attach a camera without any problems. (The camera in the photos is not included.) When the tripod is extended to its maximum height, it is approximately 110cm tall. When the elevator column is also extended, the total height with the tripod set up is approximately 140cm. It is quite heavy. There are no instructions included.
