This item came with the limited edition CD I purchased. Immediate purchase is also possible. The pin badge has never been removed from its bubble wrap. The CD originally came as a 4-disc set, but DISC 1 and DISC 4 were lost during a move. If you're okay with that, I'll also include the CD case, booklet, and box (partially holed, see photo 4) as a bonus.
