The hem is scalloped and very cute. There is no name written on it. It is labeled as 90-100, but I purchased it as a size 100 on ZOZOTOWN. That's right, I wore it when I was a size 100. There are no noticeable stains, but please be aware that this is a used item that was worn for one season. Thank you.
