I purchased this item at Takashimaya Osaka about 15 years ago and used it for about 3 years. It's a wallet in a vibrant shade of blue. I loved using it, so as the photos show, the paint is peeling and the condition isn't great. (I took zoomed-in photos of the visible stains and damage.)
