As it is a vintage item, please understand the condition. m(__)m The following is from the purchase site, with some descriptions and photos borrowed: Size: 1830 x 1270mm A kilim woven by the Baluch people in the 2000s. This kilim is partially woven with pile weave, giving it a distinctive, uneven appearance. The design is woven in a grid pattern with pile weave, and geometric patterns are woven within. Also, the borders have both pile weave and kilim weave sections, and the kilim sections feature a pattern of eight-pointed stars, which are believed to ward off evil spirits, woven all the way around. The weaving method and design are not often seen, but they are distinctive and full of the appeal of a one-of-a-kind item. The colors used are black, turkey red, zenith blue, burgundy, orange, and beige wool. The color scheme is a cool, subdued dark tone, and as you can see in the photos, it goes very well with wooden furniture. Since there is no pile, the thin and light kilim is about 5mm thick, and you can fold it up when not in use, making it easy to change it depending on the season or your mood. There is a slight color bleed in some areas during cleaning, but it's not very noticeable. Please see the last photo.
