Thank you for viewing! This is a Flea ukulele, a long-selling resin ukulele from the Magic Fluke Company in the USA. It's a so-called "resin lele" (^o^) It's easy to take anywhere and play casually. It has a 0-fret design, making it easy to fret, and is recommended for beginners. The Flea comes in soprano, concert, and tenor sizes based on the neck length, but the body size is the same for all! I think this contributes to its playability.
