This is a polyester long skirt. It's thin and stretchy, but not see-through. It's a flared style and cool, and although it's long, the material is breathable so it won't get wet. I'm 163cm tall, and I was expecting a longer skirt that would almost touch the ground, so the length isn't quite right for me, and although it's cute, I've decided to sell it. It's ankle-length on someone who is 163cm tall.
