The main body is machine washable, so you can put it in a net and wash it before use. *Regarding washing, I hand-washed it, then put it in the washing machine for 2 minutes to spin dry, and then hung it to dry indoors. It dried overnight! The filling didn't bunch up or lose its shape, so I thought it was a good product that's easy to care for.*
