I've only worn these a couple of times. The rush grass part is relatively clean. My child didn't like them and wouldn't wear them, so I hope someone else can use them! They feel great on bare feet and are perfect with yukata or jinbei (traditional Japanese summer wear)! Great for foot development! Also recommended for those looking for Misato-kko sandals.
