The fabric is slightly thick, like jersey material. I purchased it several years ago and it has been stored in a drawer without being worn much. As shown in the photos, there are some loose stitches that appear to be from the original construction. Also, there is some pilling around the armpits, likely from carrying a bag on the right side.
