They achieve ultimate comfort with a foam cage using Adiplus+ cushioning, and also incorporate a sock within the foam exoskeleton. The overall design is finished with interwoven laces on the foam cage. I purchased these used, but I'm selling them because I haven't had a chance to wear them.
