This is a Boston-type bag by Louis Giorgio. I saw someone else with the same bag, and it seems to come with a shoulder strap, allowing for 2-way use. However, I've lost the shoulder strap due to long-term storage, so it's not included. It can only be used as a handheld bag. It's not in super-mint condition due to its age, but it has little wear and tear, and there are no major scratches or stains. There's hardly any dirt or wear on the handles.
