When the Mahjong Museum was still open, the "Water Margin Tiles" were on display. Each individual tile features a different illustration of a character from the story, beautifully carved with intricate detail. The tiles measure 37 x 27.5 x 21 mm. The larger tile size and substantial weight give them a luxurious feel while still being easy to handle. The calligraphy-like kanji font, reminiscent of Reisho style, is simply beautiful. These mahjong tiles are a rare find.
