I bought it and brought it home, and only tried it on. However, I removed the tags immediately, so they are not attached. It's an oversized dress, but I think it would be cute worn as a tunic. It's made of a light, smooth fabric that moves beautifully when you move. There is no lining, but I don't think it's see-through. I think it can be worn all seasons if you change the innerwear or how you combine it. For my height, the hemline is around the knees, so it can be worn as a dress.
