Leafreck Silver Plate 33mm With rubber band. The inner protrusion of the case is chipped. I've only used the Leafreck a handful of times, but there are some minor scratches. (There are no scratches or rust that would hinder performance.) I purchased it about 7 years ago, so the paper part of the case has rounded corners and some discoloration as shown in the photos. I used it for clarinet, so the length of the rubber band is probably 85mm.
