Here are two handmade Tochigi leather eyeglass cases. They were sold as a set, and one cost about 4500 yen at the time. I ordered these eyeglass cases about 5 years ago when I got new glasses. They are made of vegetable-tanned leather that allows you to enjoy the aging process, and they have a good thickness. The leather is not flimsy or soft, but still has a firm texture. Each case has a cursive engraving of "silver" and "gold," which were the colors of the glasses I had at the time. There is no brand logo, and the simple design means they should match any glasses. I am selling these because I got new glasses... To be honest, I never got into the habit of carrying my glasses in a case, so they were just sitting there. I brushed them once a week and treated them with either Renapur or delicate cream once a year. Therefore, there is some verdigris around the brass fittings, but the leather is still in good condition. I have treated them before listing them, so they should be fine with just a dry cloth for a while. Are you interested if you want to be particular about your eyeglass case?
